Information according to Art. 13 of Italian law 196 of 30/06/2003 and adaptation to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)

Law 196/2003 regulates the processing of personal data, meaning their collection, registration, storage, consultation, processing and use. M.GI. TOOLS s.r.l. does not collect and process on its own account data relating to individuals but exclusively data referring to legal entities. Any data collected is therefore attributable to a relationship between legal entities, including the data of the natural persons who shall be the legal entity representative pro-tempore.

A) Source of personal data
The data held by the company are collected directly from the interested party. In the case of data collection from third parties, the information in question will be sent to the same at the time of their registration. All data collected will be processed in compliance with the law 196/2003.

B) Purposes of the data processing and duration of the processing
The data are collected in order to fulfill the obligations related to the economic activity of the company and in particular:
- fulfillment of contractual obligations towards the interested party;
- fulfillment of the obligations established by laws and regulations;
- carrying out the activity to fulfill regulatory obligations;
- commercial information.

In relation to the purposes indicated, the processing of data is done by manual, computerized, electronic, telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

C) Newsletter
M.GI. TOOLS s.r.l. provides a newsletter service on voluntary registration, subject to acceptance of the privacy policy, with the sole indication of the e-mail address to the Mailchimp system (www.mailchimp.com) placed on non-European servers. The user is not identified as an individual and can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the newsletter or by sending a written communication, also via e-mail.

D) Categories of the subjects to whom the data can be communicated
Your data may be communicated to us as far as their respective and specific competence is concerned, to entities and in general to any public and private entity with respect to which there is for us an obligation or need for communication and this also for the more correct fulfillment of any eventual respective obligation (also of an instrumental nature) in any case connected or referable to the contract. Your data may also be communicated by us to external parties who perform specific tasks on behalf of our company (eg certification of financial statements, management of information systems, correspondence of correspondence) to banks and / or specialized companies for the management of collections and payments deriving from the execution of contracts; to Entities, Consortia or Associations with the purpose of protecting credit, therefore any refusal to supply them would make it impossible to perform any agreed activity.

E) Art. 13 Rights of the interested party
Article. 7 of law 196/2003, gives citizens the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the data subject may obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and that such data be made available to him in an intelligible form. The interested party can also request to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and the purposes on which the treatment is based; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as updating, correction or, if interested, integration of data; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment itself. for all these purposes, contact M.GI.
